Former “Saturday Night Live” star Kristen Wiig‘s former multilevel Los Angeles sanctuary is now available for rent—and the asking price is certainly nothing to laugh about.

The sprawling property, situated in the celebrity-loved enclave of Los Feliz, was snapped up by the “Bridesmaids” star, 52, in 2013 for $1.78 million and then put it back on the market in 2017 for $2.4 million. The property sold months later for $2 million.

Now, the latest owners are planning something a bit different for the property, Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal, and are opting to use it as a long-term rental—with an asking price of $11,995 per month.

Built in 1949, the 2,719-square-foot home underwent a face-lift just months before the actress put the abode on the market.

It offers panoramic views of California’s hillside from its 2,500-square-foot deck and terrace.

The three-bedroom, three-bath home features an open floor plan, dark hardwood floors, a disappearing wall between the family room and terrace, a galley kitchen with dark cabinets, and a media room.

The home is being offered as a fully furnished luxury rental and comes complete with a sleek architectural design.

The modern abode perfectly blends chic elegance with a peaceful zen aesthetic thanks to its matte tones.

The home features earthy-hued furniture and plenty of space for entertaining, and there is also a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and matte cabinetry.

The master bedroom comes complete with a king-size bed and large windows that flood the space with natural light.

There is also a large walk-in closet, making it the perfect place for a staycation.

Elsewhere in the property, there is an expansive media room, a gym, and a detached office space.

Outside, there are many different areas for guests to relax, including at the fire pit.

But beyond its impressive aesthetics, the property also boasts another popular asset to the stars: plenty of wellness-focused amenities designed to help care for the body and mind.

In addition to an outdoor steam shower, the home features a sauna on the bottom floor and a cold plunge.

Wiig also previously owned a midcentury modern in L.A.’s Silver Lake neighborhood. She purchased that place for $1.7 million in 2014.

She then sold it for $5,225,000, which was $100,000 over her asking price. At the time, it was one of the highest sale prices in the area.

Wiig still holds the keys to a Los Angeles abode and a 4.5-acre Martha’s Vineyard property.

The actress showed off her comedic skills on “SNL” from 2005 to 2012.

She has since returned to host the show four times: in 2013, 2016, 2020, and 2024.

The comedy mainstay has experienced some major changes in recent weeks after creator, Lorne Michaels, revealed he wanted to “shake things up” ahead of the show’s 51st season.

Heidi Gardner, a veteran of eight seasons, has been rumored to be off the show; however, she has yet to confirm her exit herself.

Meanwhile, Devon Walker is leaving the show after three seasons, and announced his departure on Instagram, with the caption, “me and baby broke up.”

“To me, jobs in this industry feel like a bunch of little marriages. Some of em last for a long time if we’re lucky, but most of them are fleeting.

“Me and the show did three years together, and sometimes it was really cool. Sometimes it was toxic as hell. But we did what we made the most of what it was, even amidst all of the dysfunction,” he said.

Michael Longfellow also took to Instagram to reveal that he wasn’t coming back to the show. His departure from the show came as a shock from fans who thought he would end up taking over a “Weekend Update” slot.

Emil Wakim was cut after just one season on the show and branded his removal a “gut punch,” while also expressing his gratitude for his time on the show.
