It’s a love story and baby, she said yes!
If you haven’t heard the top story of the week—perhaps the year—pop super star Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce released the exciting news that they are now engaged.
The duo announced their engagement in a joint post shared on their Instagram accounts in which they joked that “your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
According to Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, the NFL star popped the question at his sprawling $6 million mansion in Kansas two weeks before the couple announced the news to the world.
And while the mansion will no doubt hold a very special place in Swift and Kelce’s hearts, what remains unclear is whether the newly engaged duo plan to branch out with the purchase of a new marital home where they can begin their lives as husband and wife, together.
Luckily, should they be preparing to venture back into the real estate market, there are plenty of very opulent homes across the country that would be fitting for the real-life Romeo and Juliet to take their romance to new heights.
