A hot new property dripping in luxurious materials has just hit the market in Beverly Hills, CA.
The home’s designer, Charles Infante, is a Hollywood production and set designer with clients that include Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift.
Down a European-cobblestone driveway, the mansion was built using Portuguese limestone, Italian Navona travertine tile, antique Jerusalem gold finishes, and brass doors and hardware. It also has a state-of-the-art theater and is completely wired as a smart home.
But that’s not all: The most show-worthy feature at this sleek, modern property that was completed only last week is a car turntable within a fully furnished garage. Yes, just like it sounds, cars parked on it can be whirled around like a huge Lazy Susan.

As a new-construction home, no one has lived in it yet, which makes the property in the exclusive Trousdale Estates neighborhood even more special.
“I do the majority of the sales in this neighborhood and this is the best thing in Trousdale right now,” says Rayni Williams, who is co-listing the 10,000-square-foot home for $36,800,000 with her husband, Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates.
This neighborhood attracts celebrities and business tycoons. “There’s major, major titans of every industry here,” says Williams.
For example, she says, LVMH chair and CEO Bernard Arnault—named the 10th-richest person in the world by Forbes earlier this month—recently bought two lots for $62,500,000 and spent an additional $70 million to build his dream home.
In 2020, former DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg sold his home for $125,000,000 to WhatsApp co-founder Jan Koum. Last summer, Oakley founder and CEO James Jannard listed his Brutalist fortress, also in Trousdale, for $68,000,000, dropping the price last month to $64,995,000.
Long before this, Elvis Presley lived in Trousdale during the 1960s and 1970s in a property built in 1958. In fact, Williams sold his former home three times—most recently in June of this year for $23,000,000.
Williams notes that she just sold David Spade’s home, also in Trousdale, for $32,300,000. “It was only a 7,000-square-foot home,” she says.
It’s quite possible the buyer will be a seasoned entertainer happy to show off their new abode.
The home’s main centerpiece is in the living room, marked by a sunken conversation pit with an electric fireplace. There’s also a full bar in the space, so drinks can be quickly mixed up for guests or a relaxing night in.
Walls of glass—which can be retracted—frame the outdoor pool as well as the city’s skyline. A kitchen stocked with Gaggenau high-end appliances, as well as a temperature-controlled wine display to show off one’s wine collection, might also attract a person who loves to entertain with food and wine.
Of the five bedrooms, four are en suite and one is a primary suite. The home also includes a gym for easy workouts at home.
As for the outdoors, it’s very private and conducive to entertaining, with a design that channels midcentury-modern classic architecture.
“Everything is centered around the pool and the hot tub and the view, and everything is shaped around it, in a ‘U,'” says Williams.
But even from the inside of this home, the outdoors are just a few steps away, thanks to motorized custom steel windows “that completely retract with the touch of a button,” says Williams.

Another perk is that the home lies within the coveted Beverly Hills municipal area, with access to the affluent city’s schools and police and fire departments. It’s also exempt from Los Angeles’ mansion tax, which is 5.5% of a home’s assessed value and took effect in 2023.
“It’s an enclave comprised of 529 properties that is north of Sunset,” Williams says about the neighborhood developed in the 1950s and 1960s by Paul Trousdale. “There’s no narrow, winding streets (difficult to navigate when under construction). It’s three streets that run parallel—Hillcrest Road, Loma Vista Drive, and Carla Ridge. The Wall Street Journal coined it one of the top-three expensive neighborhoods in the country.”
Because all utilities are in the street—meaning no power lines—there are unobstructed views from this house.
Williams plans to tap into her global network to find a buyer, knowing that person could be living anywhere in the world.
