“Million Dollar Listing” star Josh Flagg has reportedly added an opulent $9.2 million Hamptons dwelling to his already-impressive property portfolio.
The home pro is in escrow for a six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom property that hit the market in June—putting in an offer mere weeks after it was listed, according to TMZ.
The stunning abode, which was built in 2024, is situated on a .5-acre lot and sprawls across 4,400 square feet, adding a true jewel to the seasoned reality star’s ever-growing trove of homes.
Flagg already owns a string of lavish dwellings across the West and East Coast, including two homes in Beverly Hills, a property in Miami, and a home in New York City.
However, his latest purchase provides the TV personality with the perfect place to unwind and relax, with the listing for the dwelling noting that it “epitomizes timeless elegance” and was designed to “blend form and function seamlessly.”
