Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley Revel in Their Summer Romance While Spending Time at Actress’ $8 Million U.K. Estate

Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley are soaking up every possible moment together while spending time at the actress’ picturesque $8 million British estate—where they appear to be enjoying a summer of love just months after going public with their unlikely romance.

In April, Hurley, 59, and Cyrus, 63, confirmed their relationship by sharing a kissing photo on the actress’ Instagram account following speculation that they’re dating.

Since then, the lovebirds have kept their romance largely under the radar until this week, when the former “Gossip Girl” star shared two sweet selfies of the duo showcasing their trans-Atlantic relationship.

In both photos, the couple is seen holding up a tortoise, with Hurley revealing in the caption that the first was taken during a trip she made to Cyrus’ home in Tennessee at Easter, while the second was taken in the yard of her sprawling estate in Herefordshire.

Hurley wrote, “Oh my… pic 1 is a tortoise we found in the garden in Tennessee at Easter… and pic 2 is one we just found one in Herefordshire! All hail!”

In the first of the photos, Hurley could be seen leaning heavily into Tennessee culture, sporting a large cowboy hat and a big pair of sunglasses. In the second, Cyrus brought a taste of the South to the U.K., wearing his own leather cowboy hat and a studded shirt as he and Hurley beamed for the camera.

Romance rumors first began to fly around the pair when the model shared a video of herself dancing to Cyrus’ hit song “She’s Not Cryin’ Anymore,” while sporting a bikini.

Hurley tagged the hitmaker and captioned the sensual clip, “The most glorious sunset in the glorious Maldives.”

Although it’s unclear exactly when or how the romance between the duo first started, it’s thought that they first got to know each other while working on the 2022 movie “Christmas in Paradise!” in which they starred alongside Kelsey Grammer.

At the time, Cyrus was in a relationship with his former spouse, Firerose, whom he wed in October 2023; however, the pair separated less than a year later, citing irreconcilable differences as well as inappropriate marital conduct, according to the Associated Press.

Hurley owns a sprawling multimillion-dollar countryside spread that she shares with her son in Hertfordshire and regularly showcases on her social media accounts.

The extraordinary dwelling boasts 13 bedrooms, five bathrooms, and sits on 187 acres, making it the perfect spot for a burgeoning romance to blossom away from prying eyes.

On the other side of the Atlantic, Cyrus has an equally impressive property portfolio that reportedly includes homes in Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida, and California, although his main residence is believed to be a Nashville, TN, farm that sprawls across many acres.

In February, his daughter, Miley—who wasn’t on speaking terms with her father during his romance with Firerose—spoke about her father’s property, revealing during an interview with Good Morning Football her fond memories of playing sports at the home.

Although Cyrus has never owned a property abroad, his new romance may prompt him to finally make the move overseas in an attempt to keep his relationship growing.

Both Cyrus and Hurley have been in a number of flings throughout the years after separating from their spouses.

The country artist was married to Tish Cyrus for 28 years before the pair called it quits in 2022. The former couple share children Miley, Noah, Brandi, and sons Braison and Trace. Cyrus also shares son Christopher Cody with Kristen Luckey.

In 2022, Cyrus began dating Australian singer Firerose, with the pair tying the knot in October 2023. However, after just seven months of marriage, the couple called it quits.

In the past year, Cyrus had a falling out with his children, with Trace making a public plea for his father to reunite with them.

Meanwhile, Hurley shares son Damian with late businessman Steve Bing. She was married to Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2011. Hurley was previously in a 13-year relationship with actor Hugh Grant.
