“Baywatch” star Pamela Anderson and actor Liam Neeson are in the early stages of a whirlwind “romance” after sparks flew on set of their upcoming film, “The Naked Gun.”
Anderson, 58, and the “Taken” alum, 73, are “smitten” and getting to know each in a more intimate way after discovering how strong their connection was while filming the comedy movie, which is set to hit theaters Aug. 1.
While speaking with People, an insider close to Anderson and Neeson revealed that their “budding romance” is nothing if not “sincere.”
“It’s a budding romance in the early stages. It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other,” the source said, adding that they have been “enjoying each other’s company” as they promote their upcoming movie.
Meanwhile, another source close to the budding lovebirds confessed that Anderson has been eyeing a possible romance with Neeson for quite some time.

“Getting close to him has been on her mind since she was cast. He’s f—ing Liam Neeson. She has always found him attractive and interesting,” the unnamed source told Page Six.
However, the insider emphasized that the relationship was so new that even the actors hadn’t yet decided on what to label it.
“What is happening? Even they may not know. They are figuring things out along the way. It’s fun to watch. Pamela is a romantic,” the source told the outlet.
The reported couple first sparked romance rumors while promoting their action film and getting flirty on the red carpet.
While strutting down the carpet on July 22, Anderson and Neeson gave fans exactly what they wanted to see and fueled romance rumors when the Hollywood starlet planted a kiss on the actor’s cheek.
Then, while appearing on the “Today” show this week, the actors further played into the romance speculation by pretending to get caught making out.
Their flirty antics come after Neeson gushed about Anderson to People, telling the outlet, “First off, I’m madly in love with [Pamela]. She’s just terrific to work with. I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She’s funny and so easy to work with. She’s going to be terrific in the film.”

Anderson blushed as her costar waxed lyrical about her, later branding him the “perfect gentleman.”
She added, “He brings out the best in you… with respect, kindness and depth of experience. It was an absolute honor to work with him.”
The actress admitted that their chemistry was undeniable from the start, before confessing that Neeson came to her home for dinner; however, they kept it professional.
“We had many dinners out with the cast. I invited him and his assistant over for romantic dinners with me and my assistant so our relationship stayed ‘professionally romantic’ during filming,” she told Entertainment Weekly.
The whispers of a budding love affair come just a mere two weeks after Neeson offloaded his $10.7 million New York City penthouse.
Neeson listed the five-bedroom, five-bathroom pad in March and finally found a buyer July.
The property sprawls across 4,524 square feet and features wraparound windows that offer panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.
Located in the heart of Lincoln Square, the home comes complete with an expansive living area and high ceilings.

The light-flooded great room is the crown jewel of the dwelling as it features custom millwork and sweeping views of Central Park.
Meanwhile, the chef’s kitchen offers an elegant marble countertop, plenty of wooden cabinetry, and a large pantry closet.
Neeson snapped up the opulent dwelling in 1999 for $3.99 million and initially listed it with an asking price of $12.75 million.
Neeson also holds the keys to a stunning 34,000-square-foot abode in Millbrook, NY, a property in Dublin, and a property in the Northern Ireland town of Ballymena.
However, the recent sale of his Big Apple condo may mean that the actor is looking to snap up another abode—or may look to move in with Anderson as they continue to explore their “budding romance.”
Anderson ditched Hollywood in 2020 and returned to her Canadian roots, after admitting that the flashing lights left her in bad head space.
While speaking to Better Homes & Gardens, she reflected on her decision to move back to Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
“A few years back, I kind of gave up at some point and needed a change. I thought, ‘Well, I guess that’s just what people think of me.’ I was not in a good space when I moved back to Canada.”

“I don’t know what happened over the last few decades, but I feel now so far removed from the image of who I was. I felt very sad and lonely. I didn’t feel just misunderstood, I felt like I had really screwed up, that my whole life was a bundle of mistakes. I was hard on myself, and I thought I put my family through a lot and put my kids through so much,” she told the outlet.
Before relocating to Canada, Anderson—who shares children Brandon Thomas, 28, and Dylan Jagger, 27, with ex-husband Tommy Lee, whom she was married to from 1995 to 1998—resided in France and owned a home in Malibu, which she has since offloaded.
“I came to a point where I decided to move home and disappear and get into my garden,” she said.
Upon moving to Canada, Anderson snapped up a motel once owned by her grandmother. It is the same spot her parents brought her home to after she was born and completely overhauled it.
