Heather El Moussa has given fans a rare peek at her and husband Tarek‘s new $5.2 million mansion in a series of heartwarming photos with her son, Tristan Jay.

Heather, 37, and Tarek, 43, proudly unveiled their dwelling in a video shared to Instagram in June, in which they hailed their home investment as the start of a “new chapter,” adding that they are “so excited” to bring fans along as they overhaul the already opulent abode.

At the time, the HGTV icons, whose fan-favorite show, “The Flipping El Moussas,” was recently axed, showcased their empty four-bedroom, four-bathroom home and revealed they were looking forward to “El Moussa design flair” after moving in.

And, it appears the couple, who recently opened the doors to their beach house for Realtor.com®, has overhauled their “in between” home and are relishing every minute in it.

In a slew of adorable photos, Heather tightly hugged Tristan when she arrived home following a girls’ weekend in Napa Valley.

In the background of the sweet flicks, fans caught a glimpse at the modern design of the dwelling.

The stunning abode features an all wooden door with lush landscaping in the front yard. The large door features small windows on both sides, which Tristan glanced out of while “waiting” for his “mama.”

The modern home boasts an open floor plan and a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and wood cabinetry that perfectly matches the chic flooring.

In addition to a sophisticated wooden aesthetic, the interior of the property also features elegant swipes of black molding—while its four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms mean there is ample room for the duo to expand their family.

In one photo, Heather sat on her cozy white couch while Tristan sat on her lap, revealing that she had carried out her nightly hair care routine before snuggling her “baby boy.”

The property is located just a four-minute drive from the home of Tarek’s ex-wife, Christina Haack, with whom he shares two children, daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, which likely means he will be able to spend more time with the kids than ever before.

When they first showcased their new home, they said, “We have some news….We’re moving!!! We are so excited for this new chapter and new adventure for our family. We can’t wait to make this house a home and add our El Moussa design flair and show you guys some of the process.”

While speaking to Realtor.com about their new purchase, Tarek revealed, “We got a new house because our other home was a beach house. It was a three-level beach house, rooftop, deck, and ocean view. It’s in a vacation area, which is hard to get to because there is a ton of traffic.

“There wasn’t a yard or pool, so honestly, it was for the kids. We wanted some more space, and we wanted to be by the park because the kids are No. 1, and we want to make sure they’re happy.

“So we’ve been looking for a house, you know, for a while, we’ve been living down by the beach. We love living by the beach. We just didn’t have a yard, a pool, all the things for the kids.”

He explained how the couple spotted the property, and the lucky financial deal they secured.

“One day I was randomly driving by Heather and Tristan’s favorite park, and I saw a for sale sign. I said, ‘Oh, that house looks cute.’ We looked it up, and I was like, ‘Oh, wow!’ It’s actually a pretty nice house, and we thought it was a good buy.

“At the time, we felt the price was a little bit too high, so we followed it and then they reduced it a couple of weeks before Christmas, and then us, knowing that during the holidays things are slow, 10 days before Christmas, we wrote a low offer, and we ended up getting accepted.

He also revealed that his favorite area of the home is the living room because of how open it is, adding that it is the perfect spot for their entire family to spend time together.

“So we ended up buying the house well under asking, and the cool thing was they actually had a backup offer, all cash, $300,000 higher that came in a few days after we bought it, and that’s why the time of the year that you go to buy real estate can be very important,” he added.

However, he acknowledged, “Although we just bought a new home, it’s not our forever home. We will probably be in this house for one or two years. This is going to be the in-between house before we buy the house, and then we’re done.”
