The tony Florida enclave of Manalapan has become a mecca for the rich and famous—and celebrity real estate agent Ryan Serhant is now offering one wealthy buyer the chance to join that elite circle with his latest listing: a $65 million megamansion that occupies one of just a handful of waterfront plots in the exclusive community.
Built in 2024, 1460 Ocean Boulevard covers more than 25,500 square feet on a remarkable 1.5 acre lot that boasts an incredible stretch of private water frontage—as well as an “exceptional” primary residence that offers six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.
The double-frontage lot gives the owners direct access to the beautiful, blue Atlantic Ocean out the front and the Intracoastal Waterway out the back, with boat and Jet Ski lifts. The property also features a waterfront pool.
The end result is a perfect property for the wealthy who love to spend their time on the water with as little hassle as possible.
Sitting between Palm Beach and Delray, the property has quick access to both areas, while “maintaining privacy and exclusivity that’s increasingly hard to find along the coast” says Serhant.

“You get all the excitement of Palm Beach and all the privacy you could ever want.”
While the inside of the property offers plenty of glitz and glamour, it is the home’s exterior that really shines, courtesy of its many high-end amenities that take full advantage of the watery surroundings.
Among those many impressive external features is an oceanfront pool, which co-listing agent Greg Pohrer says is one of the best and most original aspects of the house.
“It’s a really unique feature, especially for a house on the ocean. … You’re steps from the beach, your boat’s out back, and you’re still close to everything. That’s a rare combo.”
Should a future owner wish to take advantage of the ocean or the waterway, they need only take a few steps from the pool to their private 50-foot dock, which features a boat lift, dual Jet Ski lifts, and mooring piles to ensure easy water access for every kind of toy imaginable.
Inside, a buyer will find top-of-the-line finishes, including “limestone slab flooring, wide-plank oak, and expansive walls of glass that elevate the interior with warmth and sophistication,” the listing notes.
“Tailored for upscale living and wellness, the home features an indoor pool, chef’s kitchen, formal dining area, VIP guest suite, sunroom, ocean-facing wellness wing, and a wet bar, ideal for entertaining with style.”

The estate also has a 16-car garage, a wellness wing, and a west-facing balcony that’s begging for someone to sit and watch the sunset. Floor to ceiling windows enhance these spaces, keeping the blue in view at all times.
“It’s got that sexy modern feel but still has a warmth to it. A lot of modern homes feel cold, this one doesn’t,” Pohrer adds.
“This is for someone who wants it all. Ocean access, boating, privacy, modern finishes, no waiting years to build.”
To the average American, the $64.5 million dollar price tag seems like a high price to pay, but in Manalapan, the mansion is good value in comparison, Serhant points out.
“Manalapan is one of the most exclusive stretches of Palm Beach County, and still holds the record for the most expensive single-home sale in the state,” he notes. “This home is newly built and has tremendous value, especially given the rising costs of construction.”
“This is a really strong value,” agrees Pohrer, who adds that he recently sold oceanfront land in the town for $30 million to $40 million—while the intracoastal side typically goes for $10 million to $12 million.
“If you look at the cost to build and furnish something like this, it’s extremely fair at $64.5 million.”

As for the current owners, who have chosen to keep their identities under wraps, Pohrer explains that they built the home themselves and lived in it for a brief time, but are now ready to move on to a new project.
Serhant and Pohrer also hinted that this is just the first in a line of high-end Palm Beach properties that their company will be listing.
“Owning Manhattan” star Serhant notes that his company has “completed multiple nine-figure transactions” in the area since 2021, and he expects that number will keep growing.
“Entering this market formally with an office is a natural evolution for us,” he explains.
Meanwhile Pohrer, who joined the team just over a month ago, says they are preparing to bring several other expansive homes to the market in Palm Beach—one of which will have a price tag of $95 million.
“I joined Serhant just 45 days ago [and] we already have this listing, one coming for $95 million, another at $32 million, and one more at $73 million. We’re pushing to be the go-to firm for all significant properties in the area.”
Manalapan has made headlines on multiple occasions in the last few years thanks to its booming real estate market, which has seen notables such as Fox News star Sean Hannity and billionaire Larry Ellison buying up properties in the area.
The community will also soon be home to America’s most expensive private residence when work is completed on a staggeringly large megamansion that has already been put on the market for $285 million—despite not yet being finished.
