Star gymnast Simone Biles may not be spending much time on the mat these days—but if and when she makes a return to the gym, she certainly won’t find herself short of something to wear.
The 28-year-old, who recently scooped up two ESPY Awards at the ceremony in Los Angeles while wearing a custom-made designer gown, spent some time sorting through her closet at her Texas abode—only to discover a collection of more than 380 leotards hidden away in one of her guest rooms.
Biles, who has competed in three Olympic Games, took to Instagram to show off her extraordinary haul of leos, before noting that the 386-strong array of sportswear doesn’t even include her official Team USA uniforms or her official competition gear.
“I just counted 386 leos in one of my guest rooms!” she wrote, while sharing an image of two enormous plastic bins filled with the colorful designs. “And that’s not counting competition leos and Team USA leos!”
While the sporting superstar did not mention what prompted her organizational session, it may well be that she’s busy preparing for one of two major moves in the coming months.

The first of those moves will see her and husband Jonathan Owens relocating from their home in Spring, TX, into a stunning new waterfront mansion that they have been waiting more than two years to complete.
Biles and Owens will also be busy splitting their time between that home and another—a property in Chicago, where they are said to be basing themselves during the NFL season, while Owens is playing for the Chicago Bears.
The gymnast first revealed on Instagram that she and Owens had picked up a property in Chicago when she announced that they were busy shopping for a car to use at their Illinois abode, but she has not yet shared whether they have purchased a home, or if they are renting while they await to see what becomes of Owens’ contract with the team.
Owens is preparing to start his second season with the Bears, after signing a two-year contract in 2024. He started his NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals in 2018, before moving to the Houston Texans, where he was playing when he and Biles began dating.
“Looking at cars today for our Chicago home,” she wrote over an image of the inside of a Porsche showroom.
Biles then shared a more recent sneak peek in and around their Chicago pad on Instagram, when she posted a photo of a stunning swimming pool that overlooks a bright green stretch of grass, with a white barn seen in the distance.
“We’re back,” she captioned the image, while adding a location tag for Chicago.
Biles then reposted several photos of herself that were shared by local Illinois hairstylist Justin Revenge, who helped the sports star to chop her locks into a blunt bob.
“She’s blunt,” Revenge wrote alongside the trio of photos, which showed Biles posing in a Miu Miu tank top while standing in a gleaming white-and-marble kitchen.
Although it’s not clear whether the kitchen is located in Biles and Owens’ own Chicago-area home, the modern aesthetic certainly matches the one that they have opted for in their custom Texas abode, which they broke ground on in early 2023.
In October, Biles revealed that the dwelling was nearing completion, showing off several of the stunning interior decor touches that had been installed, including a dramatic black-and-white marble backsplash in the kitchen and some quirky patterned tiling in the laundry room.

Outside, her images captured the newly built swimming pool, which overlooks the lake and features a lavish spa.
The photos revealed that the swimming pool’s foundation had been laid, the structure was almost complete, and it just needed an overhaul of the surrounding space—as well as some water to fill it with.
The home also has other amenities not featured in Biles’ Instagram update, including a home theater and a wet bar, as well as an expansive balcony that overlooks the lake.
The home has been shown on the Netflix series “Simone Biles Rising,” which documented her return to the sport after she withdrew from the 2020 Olympics.
In the series, Biles and Owens are seen checking in on progress at their home, with the former acknowledging it felt “surreal” to see it come to life.
“It’s a little surreal to walk through and see just how far it’s come,” she said. “Last time you guys saw it, it was just bones and a structure.”
Though the home has appeared close to completion for some time now, Biles hinted earlier this month that she and Owens are still anticipating the day they can move in.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on July 13, Biles—who has yet to say whether she plans to make a bid for a spot on Team USA in 2028—shared a video of a picturesque sunset taken from her backyard.
The only catch? The backyard in question was located at her other dwelling: the Spring, TX, property that she purchased in 2020, four years after she made her Olympic debut.
Biles and Owens are understood to have been living at the home while work on their incredible custom home is completed—and the Olympian’s latest social media post from the abode suggests that has not yet happened.
