You’re not seeing double! Two megamansions on Miami Beach‘s uber exclusive Palm Island are being offered for one astronomical price after splashing on the market this week for $99 million.

The two-home property, which includes 1.38 acres of land, multiple docks for yachts, two swimming pools, and separate staff quarters, has made quite the impression on the housing market already, not only by topping the week’s most expensive homes list—but also by eyeing up what would be the record for the priciest residence to ever be sold on Palm Island.

Totaling 15 bedrooms between the two properties, the compound, which is owned by Jorge Luis Garcia, features 24,036 square feet of ultra luxurious space.

Other impressive highlights include a two-story dining room, built-in bar, primary suite with walk-in closet and covered terrace, and seaside loggia overlooking the in-ground pool with water features.

Intriguingly, the two properties are also being offered for sale as part of another listing, this time alongside a third residence, which takes the price tag up to $148.5 million.

The trio of homes, which has been nicknamed the Palm Compound, is made up of Garcia’s two homes, as well as an adjacent property owned by Juan Miguel Almeida and Adria Adrian Almeida, who wanted to try to take advantage of the growing interest in Palm Island properties by seeking a sky-high price for their waterfront abode.

Palm Island, which measures just 82 acres, is a man-made island in the Biscayne Bay; it’s home to just 136 homes—and of those, only 98 boast a waterfront plot.

Other jaw-dropping estates to make this week’s most expensive list include Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood‘s former Malibu, CA, mansion, a tennis estate in Los Angeles with canyon views, and a Montecito, CA, estate located next door to Harry and Meghan.
