An eight-bedroom condo that is perched above Manhattan‘s Billionaires Row has been listed for a jaw-dropping $90 million—offering a deep-pocketed buyer the chance to own a home in the same building as computer mogul Michael Dell‘s record-breaking $100.5 million penthouse.

Highlights of the open floor plan include a living room with custom cabinetry and home cinema capabilities, a corner library, a primary suite with three walk-in closets, a two-bedroom guest suite, and staff quarters.

Other jaw-dropping estates to make this week’s most expensive list include a furnished mountain retreat in Aspen, CO, a striking condo with a rooftop pool in Fisher Island, FL, and rapper Drake‘s lavish Beverly Hills, CA, villa.
