A stunning glass and marble mansion, unlike anything ever seen in the tony Florida enclave of Palm Beach, has hit the market for just a hair under $11 million. It features hurricane-resistant design details that protect the opulent property against all manner of inclement weather.
The dynamic dwelling, which took three years to construct, was designed by its current owner, who—according to listing agent Ronnie Hasozbek Garcia of Premier Estate Properties—”spared no expense” on its creation, using the most high-end materials available to construct the “architectural triumph.”
Constructed primarily of glass and full-slab marble sourced from around the world, the home was topped off with hurricane-impact doors and windows, which cost millions to install, Hasozbek Garcia reveals.
The agent “conservatively” estimates that the home would cost anywhere between $16.5 million and $17 million to build today, taking into account the rising costs of materials and labor, as well as recently implemented Trump tariffs.
“Meticulously constructed under the direct supervision of the owner, every element reflects the highest standards of modern design and engineering, where no detail has been overlooked,” says Hasozbek Garcia. “He spared no expense.”

Records indicate the current owner bought the 1.03-acre, Palm Beach Gardens property in 2010 for $335,000. He waited a few years before starting on his dream house, instead focusing his efforts on other commercial projects, including the construction of the famous guitar-shaped Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale.
The five-bedroom, 10-bath, 11,144-square-foot mansion that the contractor built for his family displays more elegance than the Hard Rock building, but it is equally impressive.
Japanese gardens, tropical palms, and rolling green lawns highlight the unique exterior of the home, which is wrapped in artistic concrete meshwork with subtle LED lighting.
Ceilings throughout the house are 10 to 25 feet high, as are the expansive glass doors and windows. Other standout glass features in the home include a suspended staircase, a commercial elevator adorned with an artistic mural, and a floor-to-ceiling facade.
Soaring blue lacquered panels frame a sleek electric fireplace in the double-story living room. If you look closely, you’ll see the outlines of doors that open to reveal a TV and other media devices.
Interestingly enough, the unique kitchen is the one place in the house where the owner gave up complete control to his wife. She designed the space with professional-grade appliances, custom cabinetry, and cleverly connected serving, dining, and prep surfaces. In addition, there’s an attached butler’s pantry with a sink, refrigerator, and oven.

The spacious primary suite is in its own wing on the main level. It includes boutique-style closets and spa-inspired baths finished with full marble slabs and fitted with steam showers and Toto bidet toilets.
The suite also features two walls of glass and sliders, which open to the pool and gardens. Like most of the rest of the house, it has an indoor-outdoor flow.
“That’s one of the things I love most about this house,” says Hasozbek Garcia. “I love the way almost all of the downstairs … seamlessly open to the outside. The main floor becomes a loggia, with fresh air flowing through the living room, kitchen, and primary suite.”
The sprawling main floor also features a professional-quality gym with a pool view, and outdoor seating and dining areas can be found lining the pool.
“I can imagine an athlete buying this house. Someone who needs to stay in shape with a gym and pool,” says Hasozbek Garcia. “It’s the perfect house for that.”
That 75-foot pool with the adjacent spa is uniquely illuminated with LED lights underfoot in the decking—you can choose the color to match your mood or party theme. That, plus the generous, carefully placed landscape lighting, adds to the wonderland effect of the home.

Upstairs, there’s a luxe home theater that seats nine, two bedroom suites, a lounge, and a kitchenette.
Other accommodating spaces include a large loggia with a summer kitchen, outdoor shower stations, a loft lounge, a library, and a four-car garage.
There are also a plethora of practical luxury features, including stainless-steel panelized framing, automated shades, imported rain showers in the bathrooms, a smart house Savant system, eight-zone air conditioning, instant water heaters, and a whole-house generator with propane tanks.
Among the features that potential buyers can’t help but notice are the luxe furnishings in every room. Most would surmise that they were custom-made, and they would be right. The owner believes it would be a shame, as well as unnecessary, to move them. Almost all of the furnishings are negotiable in the sale price.
Considering the bespoke nature of the property, you might wonder how the owner could bear to part with it.
“He had so much fun with it, he wants to do another project,” says Hasozbek Garcia. “He’s looking for a waterfront property where he can apply a similar, modern design. He built this one for himself, thinking he was going to stay there, but now he’s up for a new challenge.”
