Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has offloaded his $1.8 million Houston dwelling after he initially listed it in 2017.

The NFL star, who signed a five-year, $230 million contract with the Browns in 2022, listed the abode in 2017 for $1.65 million, but later withdrew it before relisting in January 2018. After several months without success, he removed it from the market once more.

Finally, the athlete once again put his home on the market in February 2025, this time for $1.8 million. By June, he decreased his price to $1.65 million and has now finally found a buyer, Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal.

It is unclear how much Watson sold his home for.

The 5,264-square-foot mansion boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The dwelling’s brick facade is surrounded by lush greenery, and there’s a resort-style pool out back.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan that shows off the expansive living area and chef’s kitchen.

The living room boasts several large windows and a stylish fireplace.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a marble countertop and state-of-the-art appliances.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a statement window, large walk-in closet, and space for two cozy seating areas. The bathroom comes complete with double vanities and elegant tiled flooring.

Watson’s Browns contract marked a historic achievement in the NFL, as it was fully guaranteed—a condition that usually isn’t given in the league.

The terms of Watson’s contract meant that he would be paid regardless of his performance.

In 2026, Watson will be paid $46 million and will enter his last year of the five-year contract.

Before signing with the Browns, Watson showed his talents on the field with the Houston Texans.

He also played college football for the Clemson Tigers.

Watson’s future had been up in the air in recent months after suffering from a second Achilles injury.
