Nestled in the sun-soaked enclave of Palm Beach, FL, actor Sylvester Stallone‘s home perfectly blends Hollywood glamour and laid-back coastal living.
Known for his iconic roles in “Rocky” and “Rambo,” Stallone has spent decades captivating audiences with his grit and charisma. His Palm Beach retreat reflects that same energy—bold, confident, and effortlessly inviting.
In an interview with Veranda magazine, Stallone and his wife of 28 years, Jennifer Flavin, shared what makes this home so special.

“We looked at some of the houses built after COVID, and they were monstrosities,” Stallone told Veranda. “Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made you feel warm. You felt as though you were in a hotel lobby.”
But when the couple found this home, built in 2014, they immediately knew it was the one and made it their own.
“I’ve always made every house we’ve ever had a home,” Flavin told the magazine. “I don’t care if someone spills something. I can replace the rug or get it cleaned. We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children—nothing we own is precious. Our family is precious, but the material things are not precious.”
Palm Beach privacy
Tucked behind gates, the property offers a high level of privacy for the star whose films have inspired millions. Inside, the home is a bright, open sanctuary with floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Atlantic.
The home features warm wood accents, polished stone surfaces, and elegant furnishings. Stallone, who has spent years in front of the screen, created spaces that perfectly balance drama and comfort.

The couple worked with California interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to create “durable beauty.”
“The house was given a loungy vibe. All of the custom pieces are deep and comfortable, and the fabrics used—while mainly in a light palette—are all performance fabrics, designed to withstand family life and dogs and parties,” Bullard told Veranda.
He knew the home needed to be functional, not only for the couple but also their three grown daughters. It was also a place to feature Stallone’s art collection, which is housed in one of the hall’s rotating galleries and features works by George Condo, Rashid Johnson, and Sterling Ruby.

The living areas flow seamlessly, ideal for both quiet family time and entertaining friends. Plush seating arrangements are positioned to maximize ocean views, while curated accents—subtle nods to Stallone’s career—include classic film memorabilia and paintings displayed throughout the home.
No Palm Beach estate is complete without an outdoor oasis, and this one delivers. A sparkling pool and a pristine sandy beach are just steps away. Stallone’s is the only home in Palm Beach that has a private beach. The property’s outdoor spaces and a poolside cabana are perfect for sunset cocktails or leisurely weekend gatherings.
The estate is equipped with a full home gym with tortoise mural wallpaper, and the media room offers the perfect place to relive cinematic classics.
“A man and his TV is a special relationship,” Stallone joked in his interview when referring to the 19-foot LED screen in what Flavin calls “the movie house.”

Despite its grandeur, the home never feels overdone. It’s a space that balances luxury with livability, reflecting Stallone’s journey from aspiring actor to Hollywood legend. It’s easy to imagine mornings with coffee, afternoons spent walking on the beach, and evenings enjoying the comforts of a home that has been thoughtfully crafted for both relaxation and inspiration.
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the estate is designed with family in mind. Flavin emphasized that the home is meant to be lived in—accommodating their three daughters, pets, and guests.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat, with soft, neutral tones and expansive windows offering views of the gardens and pool. The adjoining luxe bathroom features a free-standing tub overlooking the blue waters, double vanities, and sleek finishes.
It’s no wonder that when the couple made Palm Beach their primary residence two years ago, they thought, “Finally.”
